Delegate Registration
All attendees are strongly advised to register in advance of the meeting.
All fully registered delegates will receive the following:
- Delegate Pack including the Programme, Abstract Book and other associated materials
- Name Badge permitting access to all sessions
- Access to the Exhibition
- Lunches and refreshments throughout the conference
- Admission to the Welcome Reception, Civic Reception and Conference Dinner
One Day Registrations
One day registrations include:
- Delegate Pack including the Programme, Abstract Book and other associated materials
- Name Badge permitting access to all sessions for that day
- Access to the Exhibition
- Lunches and refreshments on the chosen day
Please note that social events are not included in the one day fee.
Accompanying Guests
All accompanying guests must be registered if they wish to attend conference socail events. Please provide full guest names as all guests will be issued with a badge for entry to the social events. The Accompanying Guest Fee includes:
Name badge permitting access to the Welcome Reception, Civic Reception and Conference Dinner, but NOT Congress sessions.

The Registration Desk will be open at the following times:
