Accommodation
We have secured accommodation at a number of hotels close to the SECC and in the city centre. Owing to high demand, all accommodation must be reserved by 19th March 2010. Bookings and rates cannot be guaranteed after this date.
To secure your accommodation you must provide a credit card number. Your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel to secure your booking. Please ensure that your credit card is valid at the time of the meeting otherwise your accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
All rates quoted include breakfast and VAT at 15% unless otherwise stated. The secretariat understands that VAT will be increased from 15% to 17.5% on 1 January 2010. The rates below may therefore increase in line with this fiscal adjustment.
